Shipping Policy

Charges

1.      Carriage charges to UK destinations excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man are as follows:

Orders under £49.50 postage and packaging is £3.99
Orders over £49.50 postage and packaging is free
Orders for overseas / EU destinations will be charged at cost.

Deliveries

2.      If Royal Mail or our couriers fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full or it is beyond our control we will not be held liable. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss.

Returns

3.      Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing the Goods have not been opened and that our Customer Services are notified by telephone (0845-528-1296) or by email (askcura@curanutrition.com #) and a confirmation has been given beforehand. Goods that have been used can be returned at your own cost with a signed and tracked delivery service, only after informing and receiving a confirmation from our Customer Services. When the Goods will be received, we will inspect the items and eventually issue a refund, if applicable, within 5-7 working days. No refund will be issued beforehand. Shipping costs are not refunded in any case.

Cancelling an order

4.      An order may be subject to cancellation or changed by sending an e-mail or by telephone (see 2.1.10). If the order has been processed and dispatched you will need to return it to us for full credit less cost of carriage.

Paying for goods

5.      Payment may be made by MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Maestro, Switch or Delta or Paypal – all in pounds sterling. You will be charged for any Goods at the point of order. Our liability to you relating to any order will not exceed the total value for the goods.
