Traditional probiotics have only ever made things worse fo me or at best, done nothing at all. Sporebiotics are a different kettle of fish. Megasporebiotic is the most effective one I have come across but it’s really expensive and practitioner only. Cura is the same formulation buy the same team, only minus the b licheniformus and with the option to save quite a bit when buying the larger 90 cap 3 month supply.

These are worth every single penny, I assure you. A short story about my experience: Before I started taking these nothing had any effect on my stomach issues.
