This isn’t just a basic vitamin blend disguised digestion support, the ingredients only have digestive enzymes so it can be taken with other supplements without conflict.
A lot (if not most) of people have food intolerances that can cause discomfort and indigestion, I personally am intolerant to gluten and although I can still consume it, it will give me skin problems, bloating, stomach pain etc. I have recently cut it out of my diet 95%+ but on a rare occasion such as celebrations or a cheat meal I will still eat it which is when I use these capsules. I also use them if I’m having a carb-heavy meal such as potatoes to not feel so ”heavy” and bloated.

I guess it’s hard to talk about a product which is designed for you to ingest to help counter an internal issue -therefore, I won’t be talking about the health benefits when it comes to the product as right now I am unable to quantify that, I started talking this product yesterday, so it’s only been 24 hours but I’m hopeful this will help me with my digestion / stomach acid and overall issues with that area (I’ll edit my review down the line once this becomes more evident).
